Be among the first to dance with us! While we finalize preparations for the grand opening of Royal Wave Dance Academy, we're offering early registration through a fully refundable $30 deposit.

Refund & Enrolment Terms

• Your deposit is fully refundable until June 30, 2025, or until you officially enrol in classes and sign a Dancer Agreement.
• If the studio does not open, your deposit will be automatically refunded.
• After you select your classes and complete enrolment, the deposit becomes non-refundable but will be applied toward your tuition.

1. What is the Pre-Launch Deposit? 

The Pre-Launch Deposit is a fully refundable $30 deposit that allows you to secure an early spot in our upcoming dance season before we officially open.

2. Is the deposit refundable? 

Yes! The deposit is fully refundable until June 30, 2025, or until you officially enrol in classes and sign a Dancer Agreement. If our studio does not open this season due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.

3. How do I request a refund? 

Simply contact us at info@royalwave.ca before June 30, 2025, and we will process your refund within 10-14 business days. If the studio does not open, refunds will be issued automatically. 

4. What happens if I decide to take classes?

Once you select your classes and sign the Dancer Agreement, your deposit will be applied toward your tuition. At that point, the deposit is no longer refundable. 

5. Will paying a deposit guarantee my spot in a specific class? 

While the deposit secures your place in our early registration process, class placement is subject to availability. Enrolled students will receive priority access to class selection.

6. Can I transfer my deposit to another person? 

No, deposits are non-transferrable and must be used by the individual who made the payment.

7. What if the studio opening is delayed? 

If our opening is postponed, you will have the choice to:

• Keep your deposit active for priority enrolment in the next available season, or
• Request a full refund at any time before classes begin.
