Planning support

Making the season
manageable.

Royal Wave understands that competitive dance is an investment. Team fundraising opportunities are intended to help offset costs, and flexible payment plans can break eligible academy payments into more manageable instalments.

Fundraising results are not guaranteed. Payment-plan terms and eligible fees will be confirmed with participating families.

Payment schedule & policies

  1. 01Competition fees paid to event organizers are non-refundable.
  2. 02Payments are due according to a set schedule throughout the season so registrations and planning can proceed smoothly.
  3. 03Late payments may make a dancer ineligible to compete.
  4. 04All outstanding competition balances must be paid before competitions begin.

Competition cost questions

What is included.
What is separate.

01Does the $105 monthly competition team fee include class tuition?

No. Standard class tuition is charged separately and is based on the dancer’s assigned weekly classes, training hours, level and program placement. The $105 monthly competition team fee supports team participation, rehearsals, planning, coordination and seasonal competition administration.

02When will standard class tuition be announced?

Royal Wave will provide the complete tuition schedule before enrolment and competitive-program commitments are finalized.

03Are competition entry fees included?

No. Competition entries are charged separately and vary by event, routine type and number of routines.

04Are travel costs paid to Royal Wave?

Generally, no. Families normally arrange and pay for their own transportation, accommodations, meals and personal incidentals.

05Are private lessons required?

Not for every dancer. Private coaching may be recommended or required for certain solos, duos, trios, routine preparation or individual development. Any expectations will be communicated before the related commitment is made.

A clear starting point

Estimates guide the conversation.
Your season plan confirms it.

Competition fees depend on event pricing, routine assignments and the number of competitors. Travel and meal amounts are estimates paid independently by families. Before commitments are finalized, participating families will receive the applicable schedule and confirmed charges.
